Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

300 pieces per style. Within one style you can mix colours and sizes, so a 300-piece order can cover a full size run across several colourways.

Do you keep ready stock?

No. We produce to order. Most buyers run a sample first, then place a bulk order once the sample is approved.

Can you develop a style from my design?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch, a sample garment or a full tech pack. We develop fabric, pattern and colour to match, then produce a sample for your approval before bulk production.

Which fabrics can you develop?

Satin, heavyweight chiffon, jacquard, lace and eyelet, and washed cotton or lyocell blends. Fabric can be matched to a reference swatch, and lining can be added to any style for full opacity.

What is the lead time?

Typically 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on order size and fabric availability. Sampling itself is usually 3–7 days.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Yes. Samples are charged above the bulk unit price, and the sample cost is credited back when you place a bulk order.

What sizes do you offer?

European sizes 38–54 as standard. Our cuts run one to two sizes larger than standard EU high-street. Selected styles are available up to 5XL.

How is quality controlled?

Three checkpoints: an approved pre-production sample before cutting, in-line inspection during the run, and a final random inspection before packing against AQL 2.5 sampling as standard. A different AQL level can be agreed to your requirement.

Can you provide SABER or ECAS certification?

No. Certification must be arranged by the importer of record in the destination country. For Saudi Arabia this means SABER (PCoC + SCoC); for the UAE, ECAS / EQM. We supply the fibre composition and product details needed for your application — please confirm you can obtain certification before ordering.

How are payment terms handled?

Payment terms are confirmed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Tell us what works for your side and we will agree a structure before production starts.

Can you produce our own labels and packaging?

Yes. We can sew in your labels, add your hangtags and pack to your specification once minimum quantities are met.

What languages do you communicate in?

English for all business communication. We can produce Arabic–English labelling for your market.
