Market fit
Built for the Saudi Arabia market
We only make women's blouses, and we make them for modest markets — so the cuts, labels and paperwork already match what Saudi Arabia buyers need.
Modest-wear cuts
Loose H-line and A-line shapes, long sleeves past the wrist, round neck and mandarin collar. No V-necks, no off-shoulder, no sheer panels without lining.
Labelling to market
Arabic–English sewn care labels are required: fibre content, size, Made in China, care symbols (ISO 3758) and the importer's name and address. Non-compliant labelling carries fines of 500–5,000 SAR.
Certification handled by you
SABER certification must be initiated by the Saudi importer of record. We supply the fibre composition and product details needed for your application — please confirm you can obtain SABER before ordering.
Sizes for your customers
European sizes 38–54, running one to two sizes larger than EU high-street; selected styles to 5XL.
Ramadan & Eid timing
Ramadan 2027 falls in early February. Place orders in November–December to land stock ahead of the season; we flex deposit timing where we can.
Duties & tax
What you pay on import
These are paid to Saudi Arabia customs on arrival, not to us — stated here so you can price accurately.

Value-added tax charged by Saudi Arabia on imported apparel.
5% GCC customs duty (CIF)
Standard GCC customs duty on garments, assessed on the CIF value.
SABER (PCoC + SCoC)
Initiated by the importer of record. We supply the composition and product data for your application.
Trade terms & shipping
How delivery works
We recommend FCA or FOB for first orders. Your forwarder collects from our Guangzhou warehouse; we do not collect freight or act as the importer of record.
| Trade term | Freight | Insurance | Export clearance | Import VAT & duty | Recommended for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FCA Guangzhou / our warehouse | Buyer | Buyer | Seller | Buyer | First orders |
| FOB Guangzhou port | Buyer | Buyer | Seller | Buyer | First orders |
| DDP Delivered to you | Seller | Seller | Seller | Seller* | Experienced buyers |
*Under DDP the goods value and freight must be itemised separately on the invoice; otherwise the amount we receive would exceed the declared customs value and break the three-document match. We recommend FCA or FOB for first orders. Your forwarder collects from our Guangzhou warehouse — transit time is set by the carrier, not by us.
FAQ
Saudi Arabia buyer questions
The questions Gulf buyers ask most before they order.
What is the lead time for Saudi Arabia orders?
Bulk production typically takes 15–25 days after deposit. The clock starts when the deposit arrives, not when the sample is signed off — sampling itself is usually 3–7 days on top.
Do you handle SABER (PCoC + SCoC) certification?
SABER certification must be initiated by the Saudi importer of record. We supply the fibre composition and product details needed for your application — please confirm you can obtain SABER before ordering.
What are the VAT and duty rates for Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia charges 15% VAT and 5% GCC customs duty (CIF) on imported apparel. These are paid by the importer on arrival, not to us.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Tell us what works for your side and we will agree a structure before production starts.
What sizes and fits do you offer?
European sizes 38–54 as standard, running one to two sizes larger than EU high-street. Selected styles extend to 5XL. All cuts are modest: loose, long-sleeved, no V-neck or off-shoulder.
What is the minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per style. Within one style you can mix colours and sizes, so a 300-piece order can cover a full size run across several colourways.
Can you produce for Ramadan and Eid?
Ramadan 2027 falls in early February. Place orders in November–December to land stock ahead of the season; we flex deposit timing where we can.
