Choosing your size curve: EU 38-54 and why Gulf fits run large
Sizing is the most common reason a first Gulf order needs a revision. The short version: our curve is European 38-54, it runs one to two sizes larger than EU high-street, and we can grade to your own market on request.
1. Our base curve: European 38-54
Every style is developed on a European 38-54 block. That covers the mainstream Gulf women's range and lines up with how most regional buyers already specify sizes.
2. Why "runs large"
Gulf consumers are used to bodies that sit one to two sizes larger than standard European high-street blocks. A Gulf size 44, for example, is closer to a European 46-48. We cut to that expectation from the start, so a customer who wears EU 44 in fast fashion will fit our 44 comfortably rather than finding it tight.
3. Core range and plus sizes
The core selling range is L-4XL, which maps onto the busiest part of the 38-54 curve. Selected styles extend to 5XL to meet Saudi and Egyptian demand at the top of the range. If your market skews larger, tell us at development and we will weight the grade accordingly.
4. Grading to your own curve
Because we are made-to-order, grading to your own size chart is part of the development step, not a surcharge. Send us the centimetre chart you sell against and we will confirm which of our blocks is closest before sampling.
5. Order a size set first
For a new market, order one piece per size as a size set before committing to a full run. It is the cheapest way to confirm fit across your whole curve. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the full measurement chart for any style.
